Aledo ISD Launching SilverCats Program for Community Members

Silvercats logo Aledo ISD is launching an exciting new program for members of the community to become involved with the district.

The new SilverCats program is designed for community members who are 55 years and older. The program provides members an opportunity to learn more about the district, free admission to all Aledo ISD events and the chance to become volunteers and mentors.

If you are interested in joining, Aledo ISD welcomes you to attend a kickoff coffee event with Superintendent Dr. Susan K. Bohn at 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7 at the administration building, located at 1008 Bailey Ranch Road. Please share this information with others you know who are interested in joining. Those participating in SilverCats are not required to have family members in the district.

The first meeting will include a welcome from Dr. Bohn, who will share important district initiatives and answer questions about the district.

The SilverCats will include a membership card, which will provide free access to all Aledo ISD events including athletics and performances.
