Classroom Parent Input Form

Parent input is considered when placing students into classrooms each year.  Please use the form titled Classroom Parent Input Form 2023 only. 

 

This form is due on Friday, April 28 at 4 pm

 

You may print the form, complete it and turn it in to the office or you can scan it to email and send it to Mr. Shelton at rshelton@aledoisd.org
