Under contract with Aledo ISD, Swagit is responsible for video recording and making available online video recordings of Aledo ISD school board meetings. Swagit failed to notify Aledo ISD that the Swagit recording system was offline before the April 21 meeting; therefore the only recording available is the backup audio that Aledo ISD records. Aledo ISD expected that the Swagit video recording was occurring and would be posted online by Swagit as usual. Swagit has taken full responsibility for their April 21 video recording not being available.
