5th Grade

ELAR & Social Studies

Welcome 5th Grade Vandacats! This is my 10th year teaching, and 7th year in Aledo ISD. I am looking forward to a great school year with the last group of students to attend school in the annex building. It is my goal to grow greatness through exceptional learning experiences that empower learners for life. I want to make sure each student is excited about coming back to class the next day!

I have been married to my amazing husband for 16 years. We stay busy with our kiddos, Molly (9) and Mack (almost 8). We love our family adventures, and try to travel as much as we can. One of the best things about traveling is the huge amount of learning that takes place, not to mention the opportunity to make incredible memories.
