I am originally from Abilene, Texas and was first inspired to become a teacher by my 8th-grade math teacher. Following my graduation from Abilene High School, I attended Angelo State University to earn my Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology. I began my teaching career at Aledo High School 14 years ago, and I can't imagine teaching anywhere else!
