Why hello there!

I'm Coach Beggs, and I'm so excited to be your Theatre Coach, this year!

This will be my third year in the classroom, and my first year with Aledo ISD.  I have a BFA in Theatre, a Column Award for Best Actor in a Musical (Jack Kelly, NEWSIES), and a huge passion for helping young people unlock their massave potential for acheiving great things!

Theatre is a college prep course that is to be taken seriously.  My students WILL be out of their seat, and they WILL be engaging in all aspects of Theatre as to garner respect for every moving part that makes a production a well-oiled machine.  In my class, students will learn to use their voice effectively, collaborate with others, problem-solve, think critically, as well as many other vital career-based skills--all through the guise of Theatre.  I am honored to be a part of ensuring your child's future success.
