Alicia Bernard

Hello! My name is Alicia Bernard and I am an 8th grade Science Teacher at Aledo Middle School. I am very passionate about Science and am thrilled at the opportunity to share how Science is such an important part of our world!

I am a graduate of Tarleton State University. I posses an undergraduate degree in Wildlife Management with a minor in Biology, a Master in Science focusing on Agriculture, a Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a teaching certificate in Science 4th - 8th grade.

I have spent several years working in various science fields before deciding to come to the classroom. I previously worked for the USDA-APHIS, Texas Parks and Wildlife and as a veterinary technician. This has allowed me to bring some fascinating experiences and real world examples to our students. Go Bearcats!!!
