Hello there!  I'm Katherine Maurice and I teach 5th grade science! 

This is my 5th year in education and my second year teaching at Vandagriff.  My husband, Jason, and I grew up attending Aledo schools and all my children are Vandacats as well! We've been back home in Aledo for 8 years and love our schools and community.  We're parents to Jack who is a sophomore at Aledo High School, Caroline who is an 8th grader at Aledo Middle School, and Emmalyn who is a 4th grader here at Vandagriff!  I love to spend time reading, cooking, and traveling with my family and friends.
