Ms. Christina Long
I teach Anatomy & Physiology and Coach Varsity & JV Tennis. I am passionate about creating a desire for life-long learning, and I love to form lasting relationships and build community with my students.
Anatomy & Physiology is a year-long course that provides students an opportunity to explore the intricate and sophisticated relationship between structure and function in the human body. Students will investigate the structure and function of cells, tissues, and the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, digestive, reproductive, and nervous systems.
I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma - Boomer Sooner! I have a Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Science and also spent 4 years on the Big XII, Div. I Women's Tennis Team. I have previously taught and coached in Fort Worth ISD and Southlake-Carroll ISD. I absolutely love being a teacher and coach, and I am extremely excited to be an Aledo Bearcat!
