Facility Rentals
Aledo ISD welcomes the use of District-owned facilities by outside organizations and/or groups; however, such use of District facilities shall not be permitted when it interferes with the educational program of any campus or District scheduled activities, including facility maintenance and/or repair projects.
The District is a tax-supported nonprofit organization established to serve the students and youth residing within the boundaries of the District. The District may, therefore, differentiate among various categories of organizations/groups (such as youth groups, non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and civic groups) in establishing the fee charged. All organizations/groups within the same category shall be offered fair and equal access to District facilities.
Use of Facilities Board Policy
The new Master Library system is now live for all rentable District facilities. Moving forward, the only way to request the use of a district facility is by creating a Master Library account and submitting a request online.
Aledo ISD’s online facility request and rental system is designed to provide a positive user experience for all. Reservation requests can be submitted easily and will be handled more efficiently. Renters will be able to see real-time availability and get estimated quotes.
Although the process of requesting/approval/management of facility use is now digital, what is implemented on ML Schedules remains the same as dictated by Aledo ISD’s board policies on facility use. Aledo ISD’s administrative staff will make final decisions on all facility use requests.
