Bearcat Backers is an Aledo ISD & Aledo Education Foundation program that benefits and supports students and staff. The program is managed by the Aledo ISD Assistant Superintendent of Student and Community Programs Ingia Saxton. PLATINUM LEVEL: $3,000

  • Exclusive opportunity to welcome/sponsor guests at Teacher Leadership Cohort Dinner (60-plus guests) 1 time during the 2024-2025 school year
  • Right to advertise with a table during the New Teacher Academy luncheon (120-plus new employees in attendance)
  • Right to advertise with a table during Convocation (900+ employees in attendance)
  • 3 opportunities per year to advertise to AISD employees and/or offer a promotional item or coupon via employee email (approved and sent by the AISD Communications Department)
  • Name, logo and link in Bearcat Blast weekly e-newsletters (12,500+ parent/staff/community subscribers)
  • 4 tickets to 1 Bearcat home football game or fine arts performance
  • Name, logo and link listed on Bearcat Backers webpage listing
  • Individual social media spotlight one time during the year on the Aledo ISD social media channels
  • Listing in Bearcat Blast weekly e-newsletters with link to business webpage
  • Bearcat Backer logo display for business, rights to use for business promotional materials
  • 3 opportunities per year to advertise to AISD students and/or offer a promotional item or coupon via campus newsletter/printed copy (approved and sent by the AISD Communications Department)
  • Logo sign featured at entry of each campus 2 weeks per year
  • Ability to donate 200 giveaways (pens, hand sanitizer, notepads, etc.) for New Teacher Academy giveaway bags - Bearcat Backer payment must be paid in full and giveaways delivered by July 26, 2024; no exceptions

GOLD LEVEL: $2,000

  • Right to advertise with a table during Convocation (900+ employees in attendance)
  • 2 opportunities per year to advertise to AISD employees and/or offer a promotional item or coupon via employee email (approved and sent by the AISD Communications Department)
  • Name, logo and link in Bearcat Blast weekly e-newsletters (12,500+ parent/staff/community subscribers)
  • 4 tickets to 1 Bearcat home football game or fine arts performance
  • Name, logo and link listed on Bearcat Backers webpage listing
  • Social media spotlight along with other Gold Level supporters one time during the year on the Aledo ISD social media channels
  • Listing in Bearcat Blast weekly e-newsletters
  • Bearcat Backer logo display for business, rights to use for business promotional materials
  • 2 opportunities per year to advertise to AISD students and/or offer a promotional item or coupon via campus newsletter/printed copy (approved and sent by the AISD Communications Department)
  • Logo sign featured at entry of each campus 1 week per year
  • Ability to donate 200 giveaways (pens, hand sanitizer, notepads, etc.) for New Teacher Academy giveaway bags - Bearcat Backer payment must be paid in full and giveaways delivered by July 26, 2024; no exceptions


SILVER LEVEL: $1,000

  • 1 opportunity per year to advertise to AISD employees and/or offer a promotional item or coupon via employee email (approved and sent by the AISD Communications Department)
  • 2 tickets to 1 Bearcat home football game or fine arts performance
  • Name, link listed on Bearcat Backers webpage listing
  • Social media spotlight along with other Silver Level supporters one time during the year on the Aledo ISD social media channels
  • Listing in Bearcat Blast weekly e-newsletters
  • Bearcat Backer logo display for business, rights to use for business promotional materials
  • 1 opportunity per year to advertise to AISD students and/or offer a promotional item or coupon via campus newsletter/printed copy (approved and sent by the AISD Communications Department)
  • Ability to donate 200 giveaways (pens, hand sanitizer, notepads, etc.) for New Teacher Academy giveaway bags - Bearcat Backer payment must be paid in full and giveaways delivered by July 26, 2024; no exceptions

BRONZE LEVEL - $500

  • Name listed on Bearcat Backers webpage listing
  • Social media spotlight along with other Bronze Level supporters one time during the year on the Aledo ISD social media channels
  • Listing in Bearcat Blast weekly e-newsletters
  • Bearcat Backer logo display for business, rights to use for business promotional materials
  • Ability to donate 200 giveaways (pens, hand sanitizer, notepads, etc.) for New Teacher Academy giveaway bags - Bearcat Backer payment must be paid in full and giveaways delivered by July 26, 2024; no exceptions
