Debt Transparency

The Annual Report of Certain Financial and Local Debt Information is to assist the District with its efforts to comply with the debt reporting requirements of HB 1378/Local Government Code, Section 140.008. This presentation is designed as an alternative to the Comptroller’s local debt spreadsheet to allow the District to include sufficient context to provide a complete debt and financial story to its taxpayers. For your convenience, we have included a checked box within the title on each page of the presentation to signify the information required by HB 1378/Local Government Code, Section 140.008.
