Every day, Aledo ISD employees create exceptional experiences for our students, families and community. They go above and beyond, find ways to make a difference, and bring our commitment to #GrowingGreatness to life.

We believe great experiences don’t happen by accident—they happen because exceptional people choose to make a difference every day.

Now, we want your help recognizing them.

The Circle of Greatness Award gives our community an opportunity to shine a spotlight on any Aledo ISD employee who is making a meaningful impact. Whether they are inspiring students, supporting families, creating memorable experiences, serving behind the scenes or simply finding a way to make someone’s day better, we want to hear their story.

Who Can Be Nominated?

Any Aledo ISD employee can be nominated in the following categories:

• Professional
• Paraprofessional/Assistant Teacher
• Auxiliary
• Substitute
• Volunteer

There is no limit to the number of nominations each month. We want to hear about every employee who is creating exceptional experiences and helping us grow greatness in Aledo ISD.

We Love to Recognize Greatness

Every month, all Circle of Greatness nominees will receive recognition for the difference they are making.

Then, four times per school year, a top nominee from each category will be recognized for their outstanding contributions at an Aledo ISD School Board meeting.

New in 26-27, we are excited to have a drawing each quarter for all nominees and nominators to receive a gift card just for taking the time to nominate and/or be nominated!
