Coloring Pages
We’ve known for generations that kids take well to coloring, but research on the benefits for adults is more recent. It is now believed that adult coloring has the ability to relax the fear center in the brain, the amygdala. Calm Rooms
A calm room offers time and space (maybe in-person, maybe virtually) for individuals to reflect and employ breathing techniques and meditation strategies in an effort to manage emotions, feelings, and potentially even physical symptoms like elevated heart rate or blood pressure or hyperventilation. Employee Assistance Program

The new Aledo ISD EAP offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever needed. The program is free to all employees and immediate family members, regardless of whether other district benefits are taken or not. Support pieces include: confidential emotional support, work-life solutions, legal guidance, financial resources, and more!

On this website, you will see two tabs, LOGIN and REGISTER. First-time users will need to select REGISTER.
