SilverCats Program

  • Silvercats logo Aledo ISD launched an exciting new program in 2019 for members of the community to become involved with the district.

The new SilverCats program is designed for community members who are 55 years and older. The program provides members an opportunity to learn more about the district, free admission to all Aledo ISD events and the chance to become volunteers and mentors.

The first meeting included a welcome from Superintendent Dr. Susan K. Bohn, who shared important district initiatives and answered questions about the district.

The SilverCats' free membership includes a Silvercat-branded coffee mug, Aledo "A" decal and membership card, which will provide free access to all Aledo ISD events including athletics (home games only) and performances.

In May, the SilverCats will have a special reception before attending Aledo High School's Evening with the Pops.
