Exit Process and Requesting Records

  • All employees resigning from Aledo ISD will need to complete the exit process.

    Please follow the steps below. 

    1. Turn in a letter of resignation to your supervisor and schedule a check-out meeting with them.   
        A member of HR will reach out to explain the HR exit process, such as: 
    a. Exit Survey Link and Online Check Out Links -  sent to you via email. Please complete those prior to making requests for personnel records. 
    b. Technology Devices/ID Badge Check In;   Be prepared to return all of these items by appointment only: ID badge, keys, laptop and/or devices. 

    The online check out forms must be completed and all district owned materials and equipment must be returned to the district before HR can complete your exit or release any personnel records.
    If you would like to request service records, please complete the Personnel Records Request form.  
    End of year service records are prepared after the last payroll date of the school year.
