    FAQ LIST

    Voluntary Transfers

Starting March 9, the voluntary transfer window will be open through May 29, 2020.

A voluntary transfer is defined as a request for a lateral move (i.e. movement between the same/similar job titles and pay grades) to another site or campus.   If you have an interest in moving to teach another grade level within your campus, please contact your administrator to discuss.

If you are looking at transferring to another campus for any other openings that may occur this spring, you must apply to the voluntary transfer post in Frontline Recruiting & Hiring.  Please let your administrator know that you will be looking at possible transfer opportunities before applying to this transfer post.

This policy of completing the voluntary transfer does not apply to changes in jobs that would be considered a promotion by title, salary increase, instructional stipend increase, or by increase in number of contract days.  For any promotion opportunity, please apply directly to these position on our employment website.  Please select EXTERNAL applicant for these promotion openings as they may have screeners and/or differing information gathered that internal applicants would not be prompted to take.

For EC-6 teaching openings, once you have applied on the transfer posting in Frontline Recruiting and Hiring, you have completed the transfer notice request process.   The hiring administrators will review this list and contact directly those individuals they would like to arrange a formal interview.

If you are currently a teacher and are interested in transferring to another secondary 7-12th grade teaching opening, we ask that after completing the transfer posting, please apply as an INTERNAL applicant to the particular secondary opening for which you may be interested.  This internal option is an abbreviated application.
