Your employment offer is contingent upon meeting certification requirements, criminal history background checks, and administrative approval.
Human Resources will contact you to arrange an onboarding appointment once you have accepted an offer from a hiring administrator.
To ensure a smooth appointment, you will be asked to complete hew-hire forms online through Frontline prior to your appointment.
Bring with you to your onboarding appointment:
- I-9 identifications view acceptable forms of identification - (remember one item from column A, or 1 item from B + 1 item from C)
- Social Security Card, for payroll purposes. For replacement social security cards, visit this site: https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/replacement-card.html
- Service Records from previous Districts
- Official College Transcript (if applicable)
Educators and teacher's aides must be appropriately certified. Teacher's aides must also be considered Highly Qualified (have at least 48 college hours).
Upon hiring, Educators and Teacher's Aides will be required to submit an official college transcript before first day of work.
Aledo ISD is required to be subscribed to fingerprints for ALL employees. If you have not been fingerprinted for school district purposes, you will be sent to fingerprint prior to employment.
