Start With Hello Week is a prevention program that teaches children and teens how to be more socially inclusive and connected to each other. Start With Hello asks students, educators, parents and other community leaders who interact with children to take steps in class, the lunchroom and/or other times in their day to be inclusive and connected.
For more information on this movement please visit www.sandyhookpromise.org
This week at Stuard, students will participate in fun activities to promote connection to classmates and peers, discuss ways to help each other and be kind, and it how it all starts with a simple “hello”! For more information on our school’s activities, please contact Mrs. Adair, the school counselor.
Every Friday of football season we will be selling spirit sticks ($1) and temporary tattoos (50 cents) between 7:15 and 7:30 a.m. in the cafeteria. To save time, purchase multiple tattoos this Friday and save the extras for the following weeks to avoid the purchase and application lines. Go Bearcats!
Aledo ISD is considering changes to the policy which describes how we calculate Grade Point Average (GPA) and determine class rank for high school students. The proposed changes would phase-in with the class of 2025, current 6th grade students. Input from parents on the proposed changes is an important part of our process. Information about the proposed changes and an online survey to provide your feedback are available by clicking here.
Access to online resources using Aledo ISD's Single Sign-on feature is now possible!
