Learning is a life-long journey.  On our part of the voyage this year, we will seek to uncover the layers of meaning in written word, analyzing characters, plot, diction, language, and grammar.    

 

I have been teaching for 18 years and 7th graders are my favorite! I grew up south of Houston in a 5A one high school small town called Pearland (although my small town has certainly grown over the years).  I went to college at Texas Wesleyan University and taught for many years in HEB ISD before moving to Aledo.
