* I was born & raised in Fort Worth, Texas

* I LOVE teaching! I taught six years at Eagle Mountain Elementary, stayed home when my children came into the world, went back to work at Vandagriff in 2002 and have LOVED being a Vandacat ever since!!   

* My husband Shawn is the Family Minister at Church at the Crossing.  We have been married for 33 years and have 3 amazing children-Natalie, Hunter, and Mallory.

* We love playing with our dogs, Dude and Gnarly, being outside, talking and laughing together, going to church, going to the beach, Christmas, & I love to shop.
