  • Red Ribbon RED RIBBON WEEK

    Red Ribbon Week (Oct. 22-26) is the special time of year where we promote drug free healthy living. Students are invited to dress up according to a set theme each day. Please remember, students must follow normal AISD dress code each day. Monday is crazy sock day. Tuesday is wild hair day. Wednesday is dress like your favorite movie character day. Thursday is pajama day. Friday is wear the same thing as a friend day.

  • Enchanted Forest Book Fair Logo FALL BOOK FAIR

    The McCall Book Fair will take place Oct. 22-26 from 7:30-3:30 Mon.-Thurs. and 7:30-11:30 Fri.! You may shop online from Oct. 12-25 at www.scholastic.com/fair by searching for McCall using zip code 76087. If you are interested in volunteering, please click here to sign up. Remember, all volunteers must have completed a background check with the district.

  • Fairy BOOK FAIR ENCHANTED FOREST ART CONTEST

    All students are invited to participate in the annual Book Fair Art Contest. Students must draw an enchanted being (fairy, elf, dragon, sprite, gnome, wizard, giant, unicorn, troll, etc.) that is reading a book. Entries must be on an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper, and the student's name, teacher, and grade must be ON THE BACK. All work must be done entirely be the student without outside help. The contest ends at 3:00 on Thursday, October 25

  • Family Fun Night FAMILY FUN NIGHT

    On Tues., Oct. 23, you are invited to join us for a night of fun! Student Council and P.T.O. will have bake sales and cardboard arcades set up in the cafeteria and gym, and the Book Fair will be open for all families to enjoy. Each student who comes will be entered into a drawing for over $100 worth of books from the Book Fair! Students with last names A-L should come from 4:45-5:45, and students with last names M-Z should come from 6:00-7:00.

  • Grandfather and Granddaughter GRANDPARENTS' BREAKFASTS

    Grandparents of students whose last name begins with A-L are invited to join us for breakfast Monday, October 22, at 7:30. Grandparents of students whose last name begins with M-Z are invited to join us for breakfast Friday, October 26, at 7:30. All grandparents are invited to shop at the Book Fair with their grandchildren when they are done eating. See you there!

  • Clock SCHOOL HOURS

    Doors open at 7:15 a.m. each morning. At 7:30 a.m., all students are released to their classrooms. Students should be unpacked, in their seats, and ready to learn by 7:40 a.m. Students are dismissed from school at 3:00 p.m. Dismissal changes after 1:30 p.m. will NOT be accepted. Click here for more detailed information.
