Welcome to 4th grade!  I am Holly Monroe, and I will be teaching reading, writing, and social studies. Eli Howard will be my partner teacher, teaching math and science.  I am so excited for this school year at Annetta Elementary!

Just a little information about me. I graduated with Bachelor’s Degree from UTA and later went back for my Master's in Education with an emphasis on reading. This will be my 16th year teaching and my 3rd year in Aledo ISD. I have taught in a variety of grades but mostly in 4th grade. 

I am married and have 3 children in Aledo schools. I enjoy spending time with my family.  We are very active. Two of my children race cross country dirtbikes and my one daughter is a competitive dancer. I enjoy reading and traveling.
